Ingredients:
3 tbsps butter
2 tbsps plian flour
200 ml fresh milk
1 medium red onion (cubed)
1 can whole button mushrooms (sliced)
100 g frozen minced beef
50 ml chicken stock
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Readymade puff pastry (thawed)
1 egg for glazing
Method:
Heat oven to 190 degree.Make white sauce by heating 2 tbsps butter
Use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture and add flour and milk.
Turn off heat as soon as mixture thickens.
Fry onion in 1 tbsp butter.
Add slices mushroom.mixed vegetables,minced beef ,salt, black pepper
,chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce and fry

Ingredients:
- 900 Grms Pig Trotter
- 2 Stalks lemon grass
- 3 Laos root style
- 2 Dried Chillies
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Cloves Shallot
- 1 Tbsp Wine
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk
Seasoning:
- 1/2 Cup Fish Gravy
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 cups water
Methods:
- Before chopping remove hair from trotter
- Parboil in boiling water for 5 min.
- Heat 2 Tbsp of oil.
- Saute dried chillies,garlic,shallots,lemongrass and trotter.
- Sizzle wine and add seasoning with Lao's root.
- Bring to boil.
- Transfer to an earthen pot and stew until tender.
- Stir in coconut juice.
- Serve in pot

Ingredients:
- 720 Gm Chicken Breast
- 200 Gm Muesli
- 240 Gm Twist fry Potato
- 160 Gm Mixed Salad
- 2 - Fresh Orange
- 2 - Mango
- 200 Gm Mayonniase
- 5 Gm Salt
- 5 Gm Pepper
Method:
- Skin off the chicken breast and cut lengthwise according to the weight.
- Season the chicken well and leave a side.
- Prepare the dip by mixing mayonnaise, dice orange, dice mango in it.
- Squeeze some orange juice into the mixture to get some citrus taste.
- Put the museli into a processor.
- Coat the chicken with muesli and fry for 8 min.
- When the chicken is ready, serve with the remaining ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 80 gm Slived lettuce
- 2 - Fresh Avocado
- 100 gm California Apple
- 50 gm Soaked Raisin
- 80 gm Yoghurt
- 4 - Hamburger bread
Methods:
1. Slice open the burger and put in a toaster for 3 to 5 min.
2. Shredded the lettuce and rinse with water for 2 to 3 time , strained dry.
3. Once the bread is toast, spread a thin layer of yoghurt across it and place
the shredded lettuce on it. Ensure the lettuce is dry.
4. Mix the dice apple and raisin together with the yoghurt and place on to the lettuce.
5. Slice 1/2 the avocado and spread on top the apple mixture.
6. Dress some yoghurt on the avocado and cover the other piece of bread.
7. Serve now.

Sweet Corn Fritter
Ingredients:
- 220 Grms Flour (normal)
- A little Salt & Paprika powder
- 5 Grms Sugar
- 2 Pc Whole Egg
- 1.2 Dl Milk
- 200 Grms Fresh Boiled Corn
- 80 Grms Bell pepper diced
- 40 Grms Spring chopped onion
- 20 Grms Fresh chopped Coriander
- 10 Grms Fresh Choppped Parsley
- 1/4 Dl Vegetable oil
- 4 Pcs Vine ripe tomato
- 100 Grms Washed Arugula
- 4 Slices Crispy bacon
- 4 Pcs Poached egg
Method:
1. Sieve flour,paprika,salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. combine egg and milk,slowly add egg milk mixture to the flour
and mix nicely until you have a smooth lump free batter.
3. Then add corn,bell pepper,spring onion,coriander and parsely.
Mix all well.
4. Heat up vegetable oil and pan sear corn fritter nicely
until golden brown.
5. Assemble plate and cover fitter with a poached egg.

Fresh Birchermuesli With Stone Fruit
My First Recipe I want to share is Fresh Birchermuesli with Stone Fruit.
Ingredients:
250 Grms Rolled oats
2 Dl Apple Juice
120 Grms Grated Fresh Apple
60 Grms Natural yoghurt
1 Pc Fresh Lemon Juice
60 Grms Fresh Peaches & Mangoes
60 Grms Fresh Mixed Berries
2 Tsp Honey Natural
Method:
1. Place oat and apple juice in a bowl and soak for 1 hr.
2. Add grated apple, yoghurt,lemon juice and mix well.
3. When serving add peaches,mangoes and berries.
4. Drizzle with honey and serve.
